As the days shorten and temperatures drop, it seems like a good moment to reflect on why we love Italian wines so much. Italy has the greatest number of indigenous grapes – over 2000 – and produces such a variety of delicious wines. Elegant Barolos, the wine of kings and king of wines, to Chiantis reminiscent of Tuscan sunshine, concentrated Montepulcianos, decadent Amarones. This will be an indulgent tasting that explores Italy, from North to South.

This tasting will feature a minimum of 6 wines, which will be available for order at a 10% discount at the end of the event. We recommend you have a light supper or hearty lunch (rather than a large supper) prior to the event in order to best appreciate the wines.

Cancellation Policy:

If we need to cancel this event, we will notify you in advance and issue a full refund. If you can no longer make a tasting, and email us at wine@amphoracambridge.com over 48 hours before the tasting, we will issue you a full refund, or you may transfer your booking to a future event or store credit. Within 48h of an event, we cannot provide a refund or booking transfer, but you are welcome to send a friend in your place.
